We will make music on request for parties and various occasions, together or separately. We can perform the performance either on-site or remotely from Lauluhuone. You can order different ensembles from us to perform. Joose can come sing alone or together with Ilona, ​​or we will arrange the necessary musicians. You can check out our CV below the video.

Baritone Joose Vähäsöyrinki, born in Oulunsalo in 1981, is a Finnish lied and oratorio singer. He is known as a soloist on many hymn and Christmas albums and as a concert singer.

Vähäsöyrinki started her music studies in primary school with flute and began his vocal studies at the Oulu Conservatory in 2000 under Raimo Niemikorpi, continued in Kuopio at the Sibelius Academy of Church Music under Olavi Hautsalo and in 2010 he completed her A-level singing degree at the vocal music department in Helsinki under Timo Honkonen. He has also studied at the Mozarteum in Salzburg with professors Wolfgang Holzmair and Kjellaug Tesaker. In master classes he has been taught by Angelica Kirchschlager, Jorma Hynninen, Petteri Salomaa and John Thomasson.

In 2006, Vähäsöyrinki won a shared second place in the Kangasniemi Song Contest, when no first prize was awarded.

In 2019, Vähäsöyrinki completed the Lauluhuone he built with his pianist wife Ilona Vähäsöyrinki and they have broadcast numerous livestream concerts from there. Joose Vähäsöyrinki is also the founder of Laatusoitin Oy, a company that imports and sells acoustic pianos and grand pianos.

Ilona Vähäsöyrinki from Kontiolahti, North Karelia (os. Kava) started her professional piano studies at the Joensuu Conservatory with a minor in organ, then continued her studies at the University of the Arts Sibelius Academy in Kuopio and Savonia University of Applied Sciences, graduating with a degree in piano pedagogy in 2013 and a Master's degree in church music in 2014, majoring in organ.

Jaakko Untamala was the teacher for the professional piano studies. In addition, Erik T. Tawastjerna and Olli Mustonen, among others, have taught at the master classes. In Lied music Vähäsöyrinki has been taught by Irina Zahharenkova, Heikki Pellinen, Ilmo Ranta, Ilkka Paananen and Marita Viitasalo.

In 2012-2015 Vähäsöyrinki worked as a piano teacher and substitute at the Kuopio Conservatory.

Since moving to Kytäjä in Hyvinkää, she has been working as a music entrepreneur and is mainly involved in concert activities, piano lessons, the online piano school Ilo and the children's choir Ilo.

Musician couple Ilona and Joose Vähäsöyrinki often perform together at public concerts and private events.
